Picassa Web Albums

If I can get Picassa Web Albums to download my photos I will be very happy. I have spent hours trying to solve this problem. The potential to share photos with family and friends on this site seems ideal for my abilities, so I am very excited to unlock the secret of using this program. I have downloaded both applications to upload photos, along with trying to copy and then drag and drop the pictures into this site. I have downsized my photos and waited hours for them to upload on my computer only to find that the are aborted in the end.
